Mentioning a chat member

Mention allows you to tag specific people or a specific group of users in a chat using the "@" symbol (e.g. @UserName, @Name_of_Users'_List, @All Members). The mention feature is available for most types of messages: text, files, contacts, and media.

You can mention a chat member by selecting their profile picture in group chat history. The contact name will appear in the message box as a mention.

There are three types of mentions in the system: basic, standard and custom.
